- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or all-natural peanut butter)
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cacao poweder
- 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until they are evenly distributed.
Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown. Let the granola cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
