Homemade Superfood Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or all-natural peanut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cacao poweder
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until they are evenly distributed.
  • Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown. Let the granola cool completely before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
