- 1/2 cup organic nut butter (You can also use peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower butter.)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup organic oats
- 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup organic chocolate chips
Combine oats, nut butter, chia seeds and protein powder in a large bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll them into small balls.
Place the balls on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Once cooled, drizzle melted peanut butter or chocolate over the top if desired. Also, feel free to sprinkle with pink himalayan salt.
