Vegan Protein Balls

If you're looking for a delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-make snack, look no further than vegan protein balls! These little snacks are packed with protein and fiber, making them the perfect snack to fuel your body.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic nut butter (You can also use peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower butter.)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup organic oats
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup organic chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Combine oats, nut butter, chia seeds and protein powder in a large bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll them into small balls.
  • Place the balls on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Once cooled, drizzle melted peanut butter or chocolate over the top if desired. Also, feel free to sprinkle with pink himalayan salt.
