Vegan Berry Crumble (Gluten Free)

Looking for an easy vegan dessert recipe that is both delicious and satisfying? Look no further than this berry crumble! This recipe is perfect for any occasion, and it can be made with fresh or frozen berries. So get ready to indulge in a sweet and scrumptious treat!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed berries  (We used blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add fresh fruit directly to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Top berries with vanilla.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Top fresh berries with crumble mixture.  Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and top is golden brown. 
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Top with coconut whipped cream or dairy-free ice cream. Enjoy!
