- 3 cups mixed berries (We used blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add fresh fruit directly to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top berries with vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Top fresh berries with crumble mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbling and top is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Top with coconut whipped cream or dairy-free ice cream. Enjoy!
