Every piece from Jade Swim’s collection are made in Los Angels which supprts the local economy and protects employees under USA labor laws. They also ensure a close partnership with all factories with visits multiple times per week to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

When possible, the fabrics used in SKATIE bikinis and activewear are created from recycled materials that help to keep plastics out of landfills and oceans. Their remaining fabrics are sourced locally from already-existing stock available in the Los Angeles marketplace, as to not contribute to pollution created with additional textile manufacturing.
Similarly, when SKATIE fabric is printed, the colors are transferred with a heat process that limits the use of water in production. The paper used during the heat transfer is then recycled.
All of their activewear and swimsuits are cut, sewn, and then packaged in Los Angeles. Keeping production local means their team is compensated fairly. Not to mention, keeping production here in the US means cutting down on carbon emissions.
