- 4 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large bowl, add the spinach and broccoli florets. Top with berries, avocado, almonds, and carrots.
For the dressing, combine all remaining ingredients to a glass jar. Shake until well combined.
Top the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately and enjoy!
